| Q: | How do I store my biscotti when I receive it? |
| A: | Because it's baked twice, Biscotti can stay for several weeks without a problem. To enjoy the maximum flavor experience from your biscotti, it should be consumed within 1 - 2 weeks of receiving. Your biscotti is best stored in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate your biscotti. If you find that your biscotti has become excessively soft, put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 300 degrees and it should regain it's original texture. |
